The problem is that ubuntu-make still depends on python3.4 ...

I cleaned my system and deleted the folder as you mentioned in your
post:

This is how to solve he problem

sudo apt-get install libvncclient0

for some reason I still need to use sudo in order to use vnc with
remmina

sudo remmina

this solves the problem!

I think this is going directly to the top ... I tested today on my Ubuntu Lucid 
10.04 and works out of the box ... Just waiting for the .deb package and I 
think this will be included in a official release very soon :)
