0.98.9 doesn't add OTR support, but I might write a plugin for it in the near future. This isn't a bug, this is just a feature request. And the answer is no (from me), I won't be writing an OTR plugin because I don't want to be writing Tcl bindings for the OTR library. But to answer comment #2, yes, we have different ways of adding encryption to messages. So far OTR can be run in Adium, Pidgin, Kopete, Trillian, etc. It will be really nice if aMSN can use Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging.
