The biggest thing I am concerned about is burning > out by CD/DVD drive on my laptop. I have a client who makes and sells instructional DVDs on auto body repair. I believe he found Lazerquick in Wilsonville to be the best source for his needs. I have an email in to him to confirm that. Depending on the quantity we buy potentially since the Canonical store's best pricing is based on a purchase of 200 CD's which is $210.90 without Shipping. Even at a local printer we would be dealing with volume based pricing... 200 CD's could go in a single event large event although we could in most cases apply for a non-approved team conference kit for eligible events -- Ubuntu-us-or mailing list Ubuntu-us-or@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-or

[Ubuntu Oregon] LoCo CD Strategy for 12.04 LTS
Hello Everyone, So as you are all aware we did not get granted approval status which we all had hoped for during this cycle as such we will not get a guaranteed shipment of CD's for the purpose of distributing to people interested in Ubuntu. Nathan and I have been discussing the most cost-effective way of getting CD's produced with professional results yet at a very low cost to us since we (those who decide to contribute to the cost) will have shoulder it. Does anyone have any feedback or ideas? -- Benjamin Kerensa, Team Lead Ubuntu Oregon www.ubuntu-oregon.org | bkere...@ubuntu.com "I am what I am because of who we all are" - Ubuntu -- Ubuntu-us-or mailing list Ubuntu-us-or@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-or
