[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 293884] Re: window focus lost for unknown reason
While I am not the OP I am definately effected by this bug and still am. It's a problem for me with a fully to date 9.04 installation. - latest kernel etc. However its end of semester atm and I haven't had time to run the latest live CD. Exams finish for me Friday week. I will install 9.10 after that. Please re-open this bug and I will attend to above request as soon as I can. Thanks. -- window focus lost for unknown reason https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/293884 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg-server in ubuntu. ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 293884] Re: window focus lost for unknown reason
Sorry folks. I haven't been here in a while. The problem still exists, but only with Compiz turned on. I have an NVidia graphics card with the NVidia drivers installed. I have, since, turned off Compiz and the problems have disappeared. I am, very much, a basic user of Linux and don't know how to diagnose problems with it. I'm currently running Ubuntu 9.04, fully up to date. -- window focus lost for unknown reason https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/293884 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg-server in ubuntu. ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 293884] Re: window focus lost for unknown reason
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Karmic Koala. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/. Thanks again and we appreciate your help. ** Package changed: compiz (Ubuntu) = xorg-server (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- window focus lost for unknown reason https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/293884 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg-server in ubuntu. ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
