and work with State Fund QA team on projects such as Single Quoting Engine,

transfer/mentoring of identified State Fund employees. The Scope of duties

*Tasks*:

The tasks for the Quality Assurance Analyst include, but are not limited
to, the following:

   - 5+ years of software testing experience which also includes testing
   web based applications


   - Testing experience in an enterprise-class system with multi-tier
   architecture
   - Expert in Quality Center
   - Working knowledge of Java, Linux and Windows
   - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
   - Comfortable working in a flexible Agile development environment
   - Experience in performance testing using LoadRunner is a plus

   estimating work
   - Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Description:

*Key responsibilities*

· Perform system analysis and design activities

· Should be able to  business partner with client user and share
best practices, provide recommendations, complete end to end solution
design and technology strategy for implementation

· Create technical design, development, testing and documentation

· Identify customization retirement opportunities

· Help project managers ensure deliverables are tracked and
delivered to the project schedule

· Should be a good problem solver

*Qualifications:*

· Expertize in : Oracle EBS R12 and EBS 11i

· Familiarity with Order to Cash (OM, INV, IB, SC)

· Experience in Salesforce.com Integrations

· Software licensing experience will be a big plus

· Strong Technical Skills in Oracle Workflows, BI Publisher
Reports, Forms, Data Conversions, Integrations (Open Interface and APIs)

· Excellent Communication Skills lead discussions with global
audience

· Should have worked on at least 2 end to end Oracle ERP
implementation projects

· Should have worked in atleast 2 R12 Upgrade projects

· 8 years plus experience in Oracle EBS

· Familiar with AIM and OUM

· Experience with Salesforce.com

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or
related field

Primary Job Responsibilities:

This position includes design and implementation of enterprise-level
infrastructure and applications for payment processing activities. The
candidate will work with peers in development and product management to
solve complex software engineering problems and proactively propose
solutions to address technical challenges and business requirements. The
candidate will be expected to quickly become an effective member and
eventually a leader within their individual scrum team after a reasonable
amount of ramp-up time. After adequate ramp-up time the candidate is
expected to come up to speed on the complexities of the PayPal environment
– but there is a strong expectation that the candidate will be a
self-starter and drive their own education.

Job Requirements:-

   - Expert java knowledge (5+ years of Java development)

   data structures and algorithms
   - Strong in Java performance tuning, debugging & Profiling Tools.
   - Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills
   - Able to gather cross-functional requirements and translate them into
   practical engineering tasks

   - Has a good practical understanding of technology and its application.
   - Good grasp of technology and tools used for development.
   - Fair understanding of project management skills.
   - Fair amount of domain expertise gained through working on the
   application or certification programs.
