I call an applescript embedded in a field on the preOpenCard Card script. do field "blahblah" as applescript Is there a way to kick my app to the front? I even tried to run an AppleScript to active the program but that doesn't work either. Any ideas? This becomes a problem when your points are calculated and the calculation yields a fraction somewhere without you realizing it. However if you say: set the loc of grc 1 to 150,150.7 there is no problem. The 150.7 is truncated to 150. I have asked RunRev (many years ago) to change this anomalous behavior but without success. I have had the idea in the past to use a property to define whether or not a field should place the cursor at the beginning, end or last selection of a field upon entering it. Shouldn't be hard to do. I think I'll suggest that line be removed since it clearly (in a number of tests) places it at the beginning.
