With the default settings in cache.properties the simple-method files should reload 10 seconds (ie cache clears automatically every 10 seconds). It is not setup to do this with service definitions because currently the way they are setup it would have to reload ALL service definitions each time the cache is cleared and that takes a little bit of time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid having to restart the server, while still using XML files to specify things? After banging my head for pretty much the entire day, could somebody guide me through this process?? I did the following: 1) I created a new category 2) clicked on content 3) chose "Category Name" from the "Add Product Category Content" table, clicked on Prepare Create 4) Chose From Date to yesterday 5) entered Locale String "de" 6) entered Text "deutscher Text" 7) clicked on Create repeated the very same for "en" and "english Text". Yet, nothing changes when I change the locale in the ecommerce-application... Discuss:- Can't add virtual product (Using feature tree generation) as component in configurable product
Hello, In ecommerce application we can't add more than one virtual products using feature tree generation as a component in configurable product. Such as if we take example of Pizza which is a configurable product and Peepers and sauce are its virtual product . If we use feature tree generation in these inline products then its not working fine for sauce. I was doing some R & D for configproductdetail.ftl of ecommerce.The code
${screens.render(inlineProductDetailScreen)} iterate more than one time
when there is configurable product having more than one virtual product
, so it will generate same function definition for each iteration like
function getListInline(inlineCounter, name, index, src), function
checkOptionToggle(inlineCounter, disable) and also some more are there,
that means function with same name and parameters occurs more than one
time, which make some redundancy on single page.
I think there should be only one definition for java script fuction.
I have make some changes in the files so its working fine with single
function.
Please let me know your views and if community allows me I can upload my
patch on Jira.

?Hello Users, Can somebody help regarding ProductFeatureIactn entity in DemoProduct.xml file of ecommerce application that where we are getting the changes when we put productFeatureIactnTypeId="FEATURE_IACTN_DEPEND" or productFeatureIactnTypeId="FEATURE_IACTN_INCOMP". i thing if we take productFeatureIactnTypeId="FEATURE_IACTN_INCOMP" the following line productFeatureIactnTypeId="FEATURE_IACTN_INCOMP"/> Here 9000 is incompatible with 9002 but i can't get the affect on product WG-9944 and WG-9943 in which both the features are applied.
