Hi Yashwant, I am seeing a couple of discrepancies in the document and the existing 18.12 demo site. 1. Manufacturing finished good is showing as Product Requirement instead of Internal requirement under order manager -> requirement section. 2. After approving finished good, no production run is getting created under Manufacturing -> Job shop. 3. Creating a purchase order from order manager -> requirement -> find approve requirement by the supplier is throwing the below error: Problem occurred in tax service (Service [calcTax] target threw an unexpected exception (null)) (Service [calcTax] target threw an unexpected exception (null)) Please let me know if I am missing something or if any process change is there in the latest version(s). Thanks for the reply Rishi. Yes I know a postage (shipping label) needs to be generated after packaging the shipment. But I think in quick ship entire order process, once a shipping label is generated shipment should be having shipped status instead of packed status. This process should not be having any manual intervension as it creates confusion. Or else link name should be changed to quickpackentireorder from quickshipentireorder. Hi Mike, Its true when authorize + capture is performed in OFBiz an accounting transaction gets created. Now for performing any accounting transaction a user must be authorized to do so. In short user must be having that permission. As order has been placed from front end or we can say by the end user of the site so it will not be feasible that we give accounting transaction permission to this user who is just visiting your site for purchasing the product. Though I agree with the fact is that authorize + capture can be performed without commenting any eca of accounting. Shirt is nothing unless you have its features like color, size etc. Now you have different size and different color of a shirt so this is called variants of that particular shirt. In such scenario shirt itself will be a virtual product and its variants products can only be sold by your site. Refer DemoProduct.xml file and see how data setup has been done for virtual and their variant products. Hi Prashant, We have an attribute named *sequence-bank-size *in entity tag of entitymodel.xml file. Set its value to 1 so that it will increment the sequence by 1. Refer SequenceUtil.java file, here you have *startSeqId *variable in SequenceBank class. As you have customize need to start sequence with 3000 so just patch this value for *startSeqId*. Hi Prashanth, Please make sure the form name which have specified in PracticeForms.xml and the place where you include this from that is in PracticeScreens.xml are different. That means you have a form name main-decorator which is not included with the same name in PracticeScreens.xml or vice-versa. a) create a new ProductCategory
b) Create a new ProductCategoryRollup, where the parentProductCategoryId and

I really don't think that I got it ALL wrong, I just think that there might
be a mistake in my logic that I simply cannot grasp...

Spelling mistake in JS function.
Hello All, In inlineProductDetail.ftl we have a java script function checkOtion(), which unchecks the checkbox of virtual product if any of the feature is not selected. Hi Amit, Bilgin I also tried this its working fine when user is not signed -in. On the other hand when I log-in then its not showing the virtual products ( Peeper and sauce ). I think Amit is concerned about this. Hi Heidi, You can refer DemoProduct.xml file of e-commerce for knowing more about this. We use ProdcutAssoc entity for association of one product to another and give association type to specify what kind of association is this. For example when we associate variants to its virtual product we give product association type = Product variant. Product Feature entity.
Hello All, Do we have any entity exist for implementing such functionality like I have a product say p1, which has a feature say color. Now color feature has say natural color and standard color. Now we have colors inside natural color and standard color say (black, green, yellow etc). color- Natural color - black , blue Standard color - yellow , red only one among natural and standard feature can be selected at a time.
