table cloud.template_store_ref

Hello, I have a problem with template system vm, I check table 
cloud.template_store_ref and inform that the template is downloaded but the 
size is 0 and the install path inform that is template/tmpl/1/8 and no more, 
the version is cloudstacl 3.4.2 esxi 5.5, please collaboration guys, thanks

Yesid, the pictures can’t be attached to the emails to this DL so you’d have to 
upload it and share the link.

Looking at the error, copy command is failing meaning copy from secondary to 
primary. There are multiple reasons including command is timing out. I can’t be 
sure without looking at the complete logs.

Also, you mention that a CPVM and SSVM show up in vCenter. I would assume that 
these VMs are leftovers from previous install or attempts. Try matching the VM 
name/ID with that in CS DB. If they are not the same then go ahead and remove 
these VMs from vCenter.

upload it and share the link.

Looking at the error, copy command is failing meaning copy from secondary to 
primary. There are multiple reasons including command is timing out. I can’t be 
sure without looking at the complete logs.

Also, you mention that a CPVM and SSVM show up in vCenter. I would assume that 
these VMs are leftovers from previous install or attempts. Try matching the VM 
name/ID with that in CS DB. If they are not the same then go ahead and remove 
these VMs from vCenter.

Hi Jaime,

For me, I just get the new certificate and the private key, and then upload
them via CloudStack GUI > Infrastructure > SSL Certificate. The SSVM and
CPVM will be rebooted as a result.

This is provided that the intermediate and root certificates are the same,
otherwise you might need to upload them as well via API. That's why it's
best to renew the certificate from the same CA provider.

expires and we have to replace it with the new one. Could anybody share with me 
how to do that without interrupt the service?

As per the logs the host id 27708 is not in the right state and operation is 
failing. Check in DB for the status of host id 27708.
Also grep for job-343376 and job-343377 in all the MS logs to trace in which MS 
the job originated and where it is getting executed.

However, when I look at the hosts in cloudstack, all hosts are connected and 
green, none are reported by cloudstack as being disconnected. So I'm not really 
quite sure what is going wrong. As I say, when only one cloudstack management 
server is running, everything works perfectly fine.

unfortunately our network guys are using particular addresses not easy
to fence by one single range ... We're already discussing that (self
made) issue to get it possibly solved exactly that way :)

   If you don't want some address to be provided by VR - can't you 
exclude this from network range? At least cloudstack offers for IPv6 
start IP, end IP and CIDR specification. You may specify longer CIDR and 
start-end IP with smaller range. Thus some of the addresses will never 
be issued. Is this what are you looking for? I haven't tried this 
practically, so don't be rude if this does not work :)

However, when I look at the hosts in cloudstack, all hosts are connected
and green, none are reported by cloudstack as being disconnected. So I'm
not really quite sure what is going wrong. As I say, when only one
cloudstack management server is running, everything works perfectly fine.
