It's how the code we inherited works, and really how it's always worked. Just the new faster schedule makes it more problematic. I'm not sure anyone's going to argue about improving the UI around it. Actually, expected behaviour - there are no updates for 11.1 there. That's different to saying that 11.2+ don't exist! There should have been a notice about 11.2 at some point, but it shows only once I think. It's come up before that the current behaviour for notifying of patches is confusing in terms of notifying of new releases.
