[SOGo] automatic update failed

2012-03-19 Thread Martin (Lists)
Hallo

In the old thunderbird 3.1 days my automatic update was working. But
latest update was not provided to the clients. https server is setup
fine (logs do not indicate any error). Access log says that the right
files are used.

In error console I get two warnings (may be one for each sogo plugin):

Warnung: WARN addons.xpi: Download failed: [Exception... Certificate
issuer is not built-in. nsresult: 0x80004004 (NS_ERROR_ABORT)
location: JS frame :: resource://gre/modules/CertUtils.jsm :: checkCert
:: line 165  data: no]
Quelldatei: resource://gre/modules/CertUtils.jsm
Zeile: 165

I use https connection with self made certificates. root CA is imported
into thunderbird.

Wat can I do to get updates working again?

Martin

Hi all together,

is there a changelog for the new SOGo Plugins?
Can only find one for SOGo itself.

If I use them, SOGo cuts everything after the first line :-(

Seem you have an old version of SOGo.
This was fixed in 1.3.12 if I recall correctly.

Just get the new 1.3.13 which came out Friday.

[SOGo] Tasks get deleted when synced via Funambol

2012-03-19 Thread javi
Hi,

I have sogo and funambol set up and working. Calendar and Contacts sync ok.

Problem is with tasks:
* I add a task in thunderbird
* Task gets sycned to blackberry via funambol
After 24 h the task is deleted from both places

I have tried adding a task from the blackberry, same result. Initial sync ok,
but after a while (24h ?) everything in tasks gets deleted (everywhere).

Any hints?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Christian,

use anybody the nightly snapshot and can use multiline descriptions for
 appointments at the web interface?

I thought the same..

I used the following package:

Installed Packages
sogo.x86_64
2.0_20120316-1.el5 installed
sope49-appserver.x86_64

sope49-xml.x86_64
4.9-20111212_1664.el5.1installed

Now I desinstalled all sogo ans sope packages and reinstalled them:

Installed Packages
sogo.x86_64
2.0_20120319-1.el5 installed
sope49-appserver.x86_64

sope49-xml.x86_64
4.9-20120301_1664.el5.1installed

I found the nightly building repository isn't complete, I needed the
standard SOGo repository too :-(
Probably this was my problem.

I am really sure about this. My CA certificate is listed in the
certificate store. I have enabled all three settings (Mail crypt and
software signing).

The difference is: most of the other certs have the crypt module builtin
and mine has the module software-security.

In Sogo web, the calendar of user is fine. Now the IMAP, postfix Ldap

problem. Do I have to create account for all of users in Ldap in order
to use Sogo? I thought that the BD MySQL or postgree was for calendars,

Because this has nothing to do with sogo.
It's a friendly list with many people who will help.

 With regards,

[SOGo] Ldap Addressbook - 1.3.13

2012-03-19 Thread Paolo Ghidini
Hello, after upgrading SOGo from 1.3.12c to 1.3.13 I have some problem
with the LDAP addressbook in Thunderbird:

- When I tried to create a new event, I didn't find any users in the
public adressbook

- If I try to search the public address book can not find anything

I use Thunderbird 3.1.19 on Ubuntu 10.04 with the last sogo connector /
integrator.

thanks

Ghido

I'm also seeing this with Thunderbird 10.0, updated add-ons and CentOS
5.x just trying to look at regular address book. Error in logs is:

[SOGo] Issue editing mail with Firefox 11

2012-03-19 Thread Joel Carnat
Hello,

I've just switched from SOGo 1.3.8 to 1.3.13 and I have an issue when editing a
new/reply message (from the Web interface). When the editing window pops up I
can edit every fields. But since I quit the editing section (to add recipient
or edit subject), I can't edit the body anymore.

In fact, I can edit the body but can only reach the top or end of the form. But
it is not possible to reach any other line of the body.

This issue seems to only affect Firefox 11 (on Windows and Mac OS X).
Safari (Mac OS X) and Internet Explorer 9 (Windows) are not affected.

Any ideas ?

TIA,
Jo--

[SOGo] Shortcust list

2012-03-19 Thread Paul van der Vlis
Hello,

Is there a list with shortcuts what you can use in the Sogo webinterface?

I miss some important shortcuts like ctrl-enter (=send mail) and ctrl-r
(reply) and a way to switch from the folders to the messages to the
search field and vice versa (in Thunderbird I use 'tab' for that).

With regards,
Paul van der Vlis.

so, it would be nice, if we can get some news on that development for the

when will be a beta/release available?

AFAIK, no one is working on it so don't expect anything anytime soon.

Re: [SOGo] Birthday reminder

Or is there a tool which generates repeating events from the birthday
information?

None that I know of.
If you find one, please post it here.

You might look into making something something suitable for you yourself using
the relevant toolkits for perl/python/php/ruby. A quick websearch turned up

http://vpim.rubyforge.org/vcf-to-ics.txt

for example. I would not be surprised if something exactly right already is
available.

I found a python script which converts vCard into iCal events.
Unfortunately, neither SOGo nor Thunderbird supports vCard (export).

So I reworked the script to ldif2ics4bdays. Now it converts LDIF data
to iCal. It also provides some new options (see description in the script).

The script :
- parse an LDIF file, e.g. from Thunderbird address book
- finds contacts with birthday information
- creates events for these contacts in iCalendar format

The resulting ics file can be imported into calendar applications, e.g.
Thunderbird/Lightning or SOGo ...

The script can be downloaded at:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2517085/dl/ldif2ics4bdays.py

A few notes:

The LDIF export from SOGo is buggy. It does not export any birthday
information. Use the Thunderbird address book export functionality instead.

Important: Use a new calendar for testing the import !

I am not a programmer!
Ergo, I have not tested a lot e.g. localization ...
