Also, maybe this will help. I get messages like this, when trying to open up other windows ... "object not found: lpeter...@mydomain.com => Mail => 0 => folderINBOX => 1 => popupview" "object not found: lpeter...@mydomain.com => preferences" "object not found: lpeter...@mydomain.com => logoff" Sometimes it works flawlessly without any logging off or on. Most of the time the problem is taken care of within 1 minute. Rarely, but sometimes, the issue takes over 3 minutes until the user can log back in again. No cookies or cache on the user's side are impacting this issue. Authentication and mail servers seem to work fine without any issue. I can only think there might be an issue within the SOGo database or cache? Hi, this is probably not the right channel.. but I simply wanted to draw some attention to http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=2509 Not familiar with the code but it seems not that hard to fix (as far as I tested SOGo supports REPORT but simply fails to announce that fact via OPTIONS). Jean~ I cannot seem to figure this out for my life ... (Let's hope it doesn't kill me! Ha ha ha.) I know you are a busy man, but if you could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Let me break down the summary of the issue. -- No other services are running on the server except for SOGo. Nothing aside from my config has been modified. -- User changes password, and password is immediately updated in the LDAP database as well as the Kerberos database. User can authenticate immediately to any Kerberos services as well as LDAP services using the new password. -- After closing "Preferences" window, about 70-80% of the time, clicking anywhere brings up the login page. -- If the login page does not show when clicking on any other SOGo link, all is well. -- If the login page does show, most of the time the user will still be unable to log on, even if the user goes to another computer and tries a new session. The only way I can describe the behavior here is that if the "usual" URL after a successful login is https://sogo.paravis.net/SOGo/so/lpeter...@mydomain.com/Mail/view, the URL after an unsuccessful login is simply https://sogo.paravis.net/SOGo/so/lpeterson. -- User must wait an undefined period of time, after which everything works again with the new password. I am going to try rebuilding a new server for testing purposes, but I can confirm that all LDAP and Kerberos authentication is working great. The password changes perfectly through SOGo. It seems though that SOGo has something cached in its memory that is not being renewed when the password changes. Or maybe it is receiving a response from the LDAP server that makes it confused. Which debug information should I focus my efforts on? Or how would you suggest troubleshooting? I am truly baffled. When I use TB 24.1.1, Lightning 2.6.3 and SOGo extensions 24.0.2 on the fresh new thunderbird profile, it doesn't connect any of my SOGo calendars automatically (in comparison with extensions 24.0.0 which work fine for me from this aspect). Yes, I can connect SOGo calendars manually and they work. But loss of automatically connected calendars means very big trouble for me (not to say for my users). The question is how many people from us are affected by this trouble. It's for Peter to answer but my experience is as follows: (1) download the 3 XPI files (2) change the configuration of 'sogo-integrator-24.0.2-sogo.xpi' to match my domain (3) edit '/var/www/plugins/updates.php' to reflect the "new" XPI files (4) use ftp to transfer the "new" XPI files to '/var/www/plugins' (5) update TB 24.1.0 to 24.1.1 (6) launch TB and allow extensions to update from the "updates server" on SOGo I noticed that the Lightning extension did not update from the server but within the user's profile. So, as they logged into their account, each user was instructed to run the updates on Lightning. IF the user's profile shows Lightning already updated to 2.6.3, ask them to update from file manually or push a login script to update the TB Lightning extension at login (presuming you're using Windows) I have a small number of users, so it was easy for me to run the updates myself. [SOGo] CardDAV - Limit for number of contacts with iOS (7)?
Hi, I have a personal address book in SOGo with more then 4700 contacts. When I try to synchronize the address with iOS 7 devices the synchronization stops after 860 contacts. Are there any settings in sogo that prevent that all contacts are synchronized? Any buffers or timeout values to increase? Or does anybody know special settings on iOS 7 that need to be made?
