Actually, Byard provided the bags and card stock along with shipping them out. 
We plucked and sorted them, sent them back and he sent the results out to the 
rest of the participants. Sitting at the kitchen table plucking and sorting two 
saddles into 12 piles each is not something you easily forget.

I think that it would have to be someone who is resident in the USA that
meisters the swap or there could be customs or tax problems.

Generally I don't have to pay when bringing across the border for personal
use, but large quantities may be a different matter.
