I've complained about Dreamhost in the past, but they seem to have really gotten their act together. It now looks like they really are by far the best of the budget hosts. And the green / ngo hosting is a good thing to support. Great transfer speed for those downloading your video content too. If you need a bit more, people seem to like MediaTemple. For my rich clients I use Rackspace. The best of the best. For my poor clients I always use steadfast.net. Cheap n cheerful..
