I've complained about Dreamhost in the past, but they seem to have really gotten their act together. It now looks like they really are by far the best of the budget hosts. And the green / ngo hosting is a good thing to support. Great transfer speed for those downloading your video content too. If you need a bit more, people seem to like MediaTemple. If you want to go green - in light of the data-centers-polluting-more- than-airlines-by-2020 thing - Dreamhost offset their power use with carbon credits.
