Connecting iCloud email to google groups?

2018-12-03 Thread 'Kliphton Miller' via VIPhone
I haven’t done this in a while, but I wish to connect my iCloud email address
to my gmail account so I can choose what email address group mail goes too.
Can someone remind me how to do this?

Re: 10 ways the iPhone XR is worse than the iPhone XS [

2018-11-01 Thread 'Kliphton Miller' via VIPhone
For the record, the xs max gives me great battery life. I have used it up to
30 hours before having to charge it. I use it for everything. Email, texting,
push notifications, streaming music and youtube, phone calls, among shopping on
e-bay and amazon. I keep my screen brightness on 0, so that may have a little
bit to do with why my battery lasts so long, but other than that, it has not
disappointed me at all.
Personally, the only reason I got the xs max, is cause it was buy one, get 750
bucks off another, so I jumped at that, plus I got almost 600 bucks for when
selling the x, so I was pretty much halfway paid for when I walked threw the
door.

Yes, and it makes the sound like they are synced, even tells me in the sections

Ring tones won't sync, any suggestions?

2018-10-27 Thread 'Kliphton Miller' via VIPhone
Ok, I have done this the iTunes way, have pasted the tones I want into the ring
tones section of iTunes. An article suggested doing 1 at a time, tried that,
no go. I even restored my iPad, to see if that would fix the issue. Still, no
go. But this method above works on my iPhone. Any idea’s? I was thinking

Re: Google photos question

All you do is install the backup and sync app by google, tell it you want to
sync photos, check the area where your photos are stored, and let it do it’s
thing. I will say this is easier to do from phone or iPad, but is possible
from PC or Mac.

Re: Another Great Face ID Failure Story, I Can't Get Enough of Them, (Smile)

2018-09-24 Thread 'Kliphton Miller' via VIPhone
Actually, apple bought a company to get touchID on screens with no buttons like
Samsung. The issue they are having is the feature makes the phone a lot
thicker than they want it. So right now they are working on how to keep the
phone thin, and have this software in it that will allow you to use touchID
anywhere on the screen. At least that is what I was told by a few reliable
apple techs.

Re: iPhone XR vs iPhone 8: What's the Difference

2018-09-17 Thread 'Kliphton Miller' via VIPhone
Let’s be clear here. The screen size is bigger, not actual size. Remember the
XR is going to be edge to edge. The screen size of the X is 5.8, and the 6, 7,
and 8, are all 4.7. But the x is actually smaller then all of those because of
being edge to edge, really nice phone too, just sole mine this morning to get
the max, or XR, not sure just yet.

If you get it directly from apple, the only thing that would tie it to a
carrier is your SIM card. All phones from apple this year are factory
unlocked. It says this when you go to order threw the Apple Store app.

If you get it directly from apple, it will work with any carrier. The blurb I
read when setting up my iPhone upgrade program said, you will get a sim free
phone, with your carriers Simmcard. So that leads me to believe that all
phones are being made the same. I also read that t mobile and sprint are
taking advantage of there newly built service over the past year.

Another way of listening to games

Another app that plays in market games free of charge and is very accessible,
is the yahoo sports app. It works on iPad and iPhone, you can even setup a
profile for your favorite teams and sports, and if there are 2 games on in your
area, you can switch between them with no hassle at all.
