Re: Pairing hearing aids to phone.
Hi Carolyn. Have you tried opening the battery doors and then closing them just before you pair them under MFi devices? So, before you go into settings on your phone, turn the aids off and back on. This should put them in discoverable mode. Are you sure your hearing aids are MFi compatible? regards, Scott On 6/17/19, Carolyn Arnold <4carol...@windstream.net> wrote: > I have turned off the phone completely, but that has not worked. > > Best regards, > > Carolyn > > > -Original Message- > From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf > Of Les > Sent: Monday, June 17, 2019 5:59 AM > To: viphone@googlegroups.com > Subject: RE: Pairing hearing aids to phone. > > Hi Wayne, > > > > That’s a great suggestion. RE: Pairing hearing aids to phone.
I put in new batteries. It must have paired with them, named them Oticon, said zero percent, but I can't get Bluetooth connected with my aids either in Bluetooth or in MFI. I am afraid I'm going to have to end up going to the audiologists - most inconvenient at this particular time in my life. Thanks for helping.
