Re: How to report a problem on purchasd Apps:

2013-04-12 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hi, I had a problem with this same app in fact. It's because the
in-purchase app method changed to a separate full app. What I did was
bring up iTunes and go to my account and made the report from there. I
didn't do this from the iPhone App Store. I also didn't do it from the
email as you state below, but in my case, iTunes allowed me to do it.
I'm using Window-Eyes on Windows 7 64 bit. From what I understand it
should be possible to do this from iTunes with using a screen reader,
but I forget the actual steps since I've only done this once.

I had the app receipt in my mail. I opened it and clicked on report issue.

My Itunes application got opened and prompted to enter my ID and
password. After successful sign in, i activated report issue on the
Store page corresponding to the app history. it opened an apple
support page and i couldn't move from here. there is no option for
problem type selection and for entering the problem description.

Please Guide me in this regard

Re: How to report a problem on purchasd Apps:

2013-04-12 Thread Esther
Hello Srikanth,

To follow up on Raul's suggestion, you can contact Apple about
problems with your purchased apps through iTunes on your computer.
You should be able to select an option to "Sign In" from the "Store"
menu on the iTunes menu bar, and once you have signed in with the user
name and password that you used for your iTunes purchases, there
should be another menu option to "View My Account" under the "Store"
menu. After you again supply your login and password, you'll be able
to view your Account Information screen. There should be a section
for "Purchase History" with a link that you can activate to "See all"
your transactions. Your transactions will be listed by date. There's
a button for "Report a problem" that I've used. I've only done this
from a Mac, but this might help you get started.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther

Re: How to report a problem on purchasd Apps:

2013-04-12 Thread Regina Alvarado
gosh, I had forgotten to question this myself. A few weeks back I went to use
List recorder and it wanted me to update too. How do I find out if I have the
full version? I had to wipe my phone some time back and reinstall all my apps.
Don't use often at the moment, but I bought the full version so would like to
have it. App kept asking me to upgrade to the full version. Any help deeply
appreciated.

Re: How to report a problem on purchasd Apps:

2013-04-14 Thread Srikanth Kanuri
Friends, I followed steps mentioned. Couldn't report problem to apple. After
clicking on report issue, apple support page pops up and unfortunately no where
I could find an option to select the nature of the issue and a field to enter
the comments. Your assistance is highly appreciated please.
Using jaws on windows seven and latest version of itunes.
