In your case, you either mistyped the pages address or the page that you tried to open from your bookmarks is down for whatever reason. Use the pages tab, found at the bottom right in safari and close the page. Then try retyping the desired website or opening the page from your bookmarks. When opening safari, the last page in which was being viewed is opened. In your case, you either mistyped the pages address or the page that you tried to open from your bookmarks is down for whatever reason. Use the pages tab, found at the bottom right in safari and close the page. Then try retyping the desired website or opening the page from your bookmarks. First of all, have you tried different websites to see if you get this message consistently? You can also try and turn off your WiFi to see if you have the same problem on 3G. If not then the problem lies in your WiFi connection. I would then go into Settings, General, Reset and reset the network settings only. This will require you to reenter any WiFi passwords, but there is a good chance it would fix your problem. sifari problem
I am unable to get into safari. I can send and receive emails, but when I try to open safari it says that safari cannot open the page because the network connection has been lost. I've tried re-booting the phone holding down the home and screenlock buttons for 10 seconds two times. I've also just turned the phone off and on again.
