A series of quarter mile solar towers placed in the center of  flying airships would prove more economical, safe, and easier to build and test.  Smaller is better.  Building a one mile high solar tower that is fixed to the ground which could be damaged by weather or other problems is far riskier than building one or a few flying small quarter mile solar tower airships which can move around and which can be built with smaller investment risks.

I also read a web page which spoke of the book of the history of the Gnomes being larger than all of the books in the Library of Alexandria in Egypt yet the book of the Gnomes history is keep very hidden and unread by humans for the most part. I am using the principles of reverse engineering of older (prerecorded historical) and projected future technologies, to come up with the logical outline for the use and construction of such technologies which is very scientific and logical.  

According to the Russian website www.pyramidoflife.com, large scale and small scale pyramids modeled off of the Giza pyramid have been constructed and tested which based on their geometry capture neutrino radiation and then project the neutrino radiation around the pyramid as a neutrino healing energy force field that can remediate nuclear waste and other pollutants in water and in air, and keep foods fresher longer.  In terms of reverse engineering, it makes sense that the Egyptians and societies existing before Egypt in the mythological age needing fresh water and food free of pollutants may have constructed pyramids like the Giza pyramid to pump water out of the ground and energize the water with neutrinos to purify the water and air of pollutants and to keep their foods fresh within the healing radius of the pyramid which for the Giza may be a dozen miles or so.   

If we use vortex technologies to construct the piping used to pump the water out of the ground as discussed at the center for implosion research at www.implosionresearch.com, we can not only additionally purify the water to remove negative pollutant imprints and also add positive healing clusters, but also use the vortex in the water created to pump the water into or around the pyramid in a water moat around the pyramid which then has water moats connected from the pyramid to all of the farmers fields and villages for a water supply similar to the Aztec societies.  What's more we can use the water in the moat around the pyramid for cold fusion power or to create hydrogen gas inside of the pyramid to power a power plant and to pump the water out of the ground through the vortex pipes and shafts inside and beneath the pyramid.  According to vortex technology the moats around the pyramid and connecting to the villages and fields should be winding and not straight.  If we look at the Giza pyramid it may be possible that the shaft from the King's Chamber could have been used as a place for water to flow out to create a water fall or fountain also, assuming the King's Chamber was filled with water instead of hydrogen gas. If we perfect cold fusion technologies then a simple vortex wire placed in the King's Chamber full of water rather than hydgrogen could be used to create cold fusion heat and electrical energy from the water in the King's chamber as well as gold particles that cold fusion can create, that can be placed in the Ormus Philosopher's stone mixture as posted at www.subtleenergies.com composed of salt, limestone, and various other Platinum group elements such as gold which would be in pyramid water, which are in an Ormus metallic state so that they are in a higher energy state that can heal and extend life for those who bath in or drink the water. 
   
I saw a TV documentary which dated the Sphynx near the Pyramids to be 10,000 to 20,000 years old and which showed that the Egyptians simply repaired but did not build the Giza pyramids. 
 
I have been working on designs to build and place tiny scale model Giza pyramids in farmers fields made out of cement, to collect rain water in a cistern pool above or beneath the pryamids, and to use the pyramid to pump the water out into a fountain to water the farmers fields and to place a healing neutrino energy force field around the farmers fields to purify the air of pollutants and keep the crops fresh in silos.

The movie Highlander 2, The Quickening starring Christopher Lambert, has a pyramid in it much like the Giza pyramid which is powered by a water cold fusion hydrogen power plant moat around the pyramid, and which pumps the water around the moat to use the water power to create an energy laser beam that reflects off of satellites used to create a force field placed around the Earth to simulate the depleted ozone layer.  The book the Giza Power Plant by Christopher Dunn proves that the Giza pyramid in Egypt was used to create energy from water and hydrogen to generate an energy beam that was directed at satellites in the sky very likely to create a force field around the Earth much like the pyramid water pump in the Highlander movie above.  The pyramids in Egypt were built about 20,000 years ago according to carbon dating, so that they were built by Atlantis. The Giza pyramid power plant exploded at some point in time so that the Pyramids were use at a later date by the Egyptians.

For the description of the losses the Maxwell theory on the one hand only offers field vortices and those only in the conductive medium. On the other hand do the dielectric losses occure in the nonconductor and in the air. In conductive materials vortex fields occur, in the insulator however the fields are irrotational. That isn't possible, since at the transition from the conductor to the insulator the laws of refraction are valid and these require continuity! In the case of the antenna example the vortex part amounts to 20 percent, then that's tantamount to 20 percent scalar wave part, resp. 20 percent noise. The scalar wave part constitutes with regard to the Hertzian useful wave something like an error term in the wave equation. The part definitely is to big, as that it might be equal to zero. Even so all error considerations in textbooks is missing, if the scalar wave term is assumed to be zero. That violates all rules of physics and of taught scientific methodism. ..

Thanks for this post which I can use for my company ethics.  From my understanding many companies, individuals, and organizations are controlled, threatened and forced by governments  which have no ethics to often do some of the unethical things that they may do.  I proposed that a Department of Ethics be added to the USA constitution and government, where the Department of Ethics monitors and educates all government agents on ethical principles, and modern principles of positive ruler ship, and also defends the individual as well as people's rights by means of petition, and monitors classified government activities to make sure they do not violate rights and are ethical.

There's allot of oil in Michigan under the Great Lakes, but conservationists do not want the lakes to get damages by oil wells.

The self-sustaining mega pyramid city proposed by Shimizu Corporation as posted at http://www-eleves.int-evry.fr/~durand_f/ar03c.htm  which is 1 mile by 1 mile costs to much presently to implement easily, however if we reduce the size of the mega-pyramid from 1 mile by 1 mile to 1/4 mile by 1/4 mile, we may be able to build them more practically presently.  My rough calculations indicate that a 1/4 mile by 1/4 mile mini-mega pyramid, should house from 25,000 to 50,000 residences, which is about 5 to 10 times more residences than a typical square quarter mile city block filled with standard apartment houses.  Unlike apartment houses the mini-mega pyramids are completely self sustaining, air tight and enclosed, secure, and safe from harsh environments, and environmental pollutants so that they can endure cold weather climates, tsunami's, and biological warfare conditions.  We can also place force field or tent like domed above ground, and below ground hydroponic farming plants around and under the pyramids to produce foods in cold weather climates and harsh and polluted conditions locally.  We can even make the mini-mega-pyrmids movable and portable if need be.  We can also build some underground cities and residences under the movable pyramids so that we have both an above ground and below ground city that can survive in harsh and cold weather conditions.   

Such mini-mega pyramidal buildings can be used in big cities to gradually create more land space for farming, forests and parks, eliminate ugly getto's, and make large cities self sustaining.   25,000 residences in each mini-mega pyramid costing about 100,000 dollars each generates close to 2,500,000,000 dollars if the residences are leased for life but if the residences are rented monthly which is more practical and a better investment to secure the properties for the investors, then they can produce much more income close to 3 times more in the life time of the investors, and 10 to 100 times more for the lifetime of the pyramids, while at the same time being more affordable to attract more client renters.  

We will need to get the costs of the mini-mega 1/4 mile by 1/4 mile pyramids down to around 3 billion dollars for investors to seriously consider them and invest in them.  But once we get one mini mega pyramid built to show that it works, and is cost effective and investable, then we can mass produce them to save even more money.  I would estimate that if all went well with proper investments we could get a mini-mega pyramid built within 20 yeas time and then mass produce them so that within 50 to 100 years time we could have hundreds if not thousands of such pyramidal communities built world wide.  A typical city with a population of a million persons would require about 50 such pyramids taking up only about 5 square miles for the pyramids and 10-square miles for the hydroponic indoor enclosed farms to support the foods for the pyramids.  Within a few hundred years time we could have much of the world populated with such pyramidal cities so that they could survive even an ice age if need be.  Assuming the worlds population is halved as is expected in the next few hundred years, then we only need about 200 to 500 mini-mega pyramids per state in the USA, and 25,000 such pyramids in the USA or per nation, and 5,000,000 such pyramids world wide for about 200 nations.  

Since there is more land space due to using mini-mega pyramids to house the masses in large cities, we can also build more luxury estates for the wealthy and middle class communities that have more space and room, which are also self sustaining, secure and enclosed by force fields or large tent like domes to be able to survive an ice age, and biological warfare conditions.  We can make all communities happy the rich, the middle class and the lower class masses.  I have posted plans on how to build the more spacious elite and middle class secure and self sustaining communities at the Architectural Engineers website at www.rhfweb.com/ae in addition to the above mini-pyramidal self sustaining community plans.  What's more these modular self sustaining safe and secure community plans all work in outer space on other planets, and on ring world space stations, and I have posted plans for such outer space communities also at the above web site.

The solar cells have just recently improved by 30 percent efficiency and are more durable to last longer and can collect infrared sunlight at night to make them 60 percent more efficient than present solar cells to make them cost effective and competitive with oil and other energies. It is very likely that solar cells will improve their efficiency and durability every 10 years. The James Bond movie, The man with the golden gun, showed that a solar cell with 95 percent efficiency had been invented by 1973, but is kept classified, so that we can be assured that solar cell efficiency will improve, to make solar cells a good energy investment.

I made phone calls, but apparently the EMF follows the wires into the
ear jack. If his story is correct, over population will not be a
problem for much longer.

Cell phones, and high frequency waves especially those that are mixed frequencies can sometimes penetrate faraday cages if the cages are not grounded well enough to sink the higher frequency and mixed energy waves quickly enough. The Tom Bearden website has an article on using phase conjugate mirrors to produce a time reversed wave in direct response to a received ordinary wave, and the mirror may be pumped with energy to produce a very large amplification of the time reversed wave, to completely jam the wave right back to its source, which is often used on missiles to protect them from beam weapons attacks.

Placing powerful magnets and magnetic coils around a faraday cage, which creates a magnetic force field may jam high frequency energy waves. Also a holographic plasma force field created by sound waves in air and in other gases may also jam high frequency emf waves. A large vacuum of 7 inches or more, may jam emf waves but I am not sure. Emf waves and cell phones also produce scalar waves as a side effect, and scalar waves may be somewhat jammed by using a role of aluminum foil rolled up much like a tesla coil to slow them down and trap them as emf energy in the center of the role of foil. Many nuclear shelters use rolled up metal like tesla coils to catch nuclear energy and trap it in the rolled up metal. Creating several layers of rolled up metal foil, with several layers of a faraday cage walls energized with sound and plasma waves as phase conjugate mirrors, may also trap the secondary and ternary waves. Flowing water energized with sound waves to create a holographic water force field may jam both scalar and emf waves somewhat.

Ultra sound beam carrier waves may be used to carry scalar waves, and to create a unique holographic antenna in the air to receive scalar waves, to make a scalar wave neutrino or ionic force field that may jam or reflect emf waves. Elf waves can be received by short waves coupled over water, so that it may be possible to jam Elf waves by combining short waves in series created over water.

On page 486, Konstantine Meyl in his book Scalar Waves, shows a chart with energy and wave frequency in hertz from 0 hz to higher than 10^24 hertz being the vertical axis, and velocity of wave propagation from 0 to 10^13 m/s and faster being the horizontal axis from which to measure both hertzian transverse electromagnetic and light waves and energies being vertical lines on the above chart intersecting with and to measure nonhertzian scalar longitudinal electrical, sound, and magnetic waves. If we break up the vertical and horizontal axis into 12 measurement regions each, we get 144 energy and wave regions on the chart that comprises all possible energy and wave regions measurable. We only presently have in popular science devices to measure the hertzian waves in 12 of the regions of the 144 wave and energy regions to be measured. There are both hertzian and non hertzian waves that can travel faster than light speed potentially according to the chart, which are not measured by standard popular science due to Einstein's phony theory and erroneous equations.

Konstantine Meyl does not mention it in detail as far as I have read yet, but I then figured out how to build the 144 measurement meters to measure all 144 energy and wave regions and then place the measurements on a computer oscilloscope screen and 3D graph. Basically for the nonhertzian waves frequency measures we may use a set of tesla receivers comprising a set of ground boxes, tesla coils, wire lengths equaling one half the wave length to be measured, and a spherical tesla vacuum ball for each wave frequency length which would be from very small to very large wires looking much like a giant piano or harp placed inside of a huge radar cube. For the hertzian wave frequency measures we may use the standard bipolar antennas. For smaller than light frequencies we may use negative refractor lenses made of nano metallic copper wires in special geometric patterns to refract and vacuum spheres.

For the nonhertzian and hertzian velocity and energy intensity meters we may use a set of accelerometers in all 3 perpendicular space directions x,y,z I believe. We may then connect all of the above 144 measuring devices to a variable capacitor, and tubes used to block out other wave noises not wanted, and a computer oscilloscope, database, and 3D graphing program. We may also use the equations that I posted for hertzian and nonhertzian waves below that Konstantine Meyl came up with in the computer program to graph the input date onto a computer 3D graph. With such a measurment system we should be able to see all 144 energy and wave regions on a graph for any region of space measured.

The parallel Tesla scalar wave computer chip is very similar to the parallel atomic computer chips and fiber optic computers using fiber optic processors proposed  on the Internet but much more powerful.  I know for a fact that the governments use Scalar Wave Tesla holographic computer chips and memory systems as I suggested above presently but this is classified.  

The reason's that the above Tesla scalar wave holographic computer chips are not publicly offered by companies like Intel, is that such computers could crack all known security encryption codes, and Tesla technologies are classified nuclear technologies repressed by most governments.  Human brains are scalar wave processors and the US government has acknowledged that it already has a man to machine interface most likely by means of scalar wave computers that interface with scalar wave brains which are kept classified.

I am sure some employee at Intel already knows how to build such scalar wave processors, but the ideas have been shelved, kept classified or repressed by government thugs.  As you suggest, a whole new operating system may need to be developed which we already have been warned of by time travelers, but this would not stop Bill Gates, since he has enough money to start a new operating system to run on such computers by forming a new company presently, which actually may already have been started but kept secret from the general public to be sold to classified clients.  May guess is that in the present and future some advanced computer technologies may be kept secret and repressed from the general public but sold secretly to classified clients since power in modern societies is partially dependent on the speed of information processing.   Your name of best operating system BOS may be changed to Classified Operating System COS.

With the scalar wave longitudinal part of the equation omitted in most physics books, we can adapt an ordinary hertzian Intel computer processor running at 1 megahertz that sends information serially along hertzian waves in the wires in the processor chip and in the bus chips which has a limit in speed due to heat stress caused by hertzian waves, to use the longitudinal scalar wave part of the equation to encode, send and receive computer information in parallel and to run with cold scalar wave energy, so that a 1 megahertz Intel chip can be adapted to run a million times faster (a million megahertz) with no heat in the chip at all and a bus chip can be adapted to run just as fast. We only need to replace all of the hertzian dipole transmitters and receivers in the Intel chips that occurs at each wire node and gate with a tesla ball, coil and sink unipolar receiver and transmitter, and then encode and decode the information in the Intel chip using the above longitudinal part of the equation rather than the hertzian part in the computer data transmission and storage algorithms.

I was wondering ...by understanding waves...can we not master different forms of energy...???

The wave equations that I posted are not theory and are proven unlike Einstein's Theory which is all theory, false and not proven.

Physics texts only show half of the wave equation for Hertzian transverse waves. The other half of the wave equations being scalar longitudinal that I posted allows us to place the wave equation into a computer to see the scalar waves and mind waves and to manipulate them on a computer. Without the other half of the equations we could not see or manipulate such scalar and mind waves on a computer. Also knowing both sides of the wave equations we can show that the big ban theory is false, and that the universe is eternal and ever growing and never runs out of energy since the other half of the equation shows how energy is restored to the universe once it has been used. With the other half of the wave equation being scalar we can travel faster than the speed of light to travel to other planets and star systems, since the other half of the wave equation being scalar is variable and the speed of light and wave travel changes and ranges from 0 to infinity, while the hertzian half is limited to the constant speed of light that we observe as c. The other half of the wave equation also describes from where free environmental energy comes so that we can measure it by means of an equation.

Konstantine Meyl in his book Scalar Waves points out the exact dates of Solar Eclipses in history, and how the solar eclipse focuses the neutrino radiation at specific points on the Earth to move the tectonic plates to potentially cause Earth quakes, floods, and tilting of the axis of Earth, that have been predicted by Nostrodumus's calculations but not foreseen to have occurred around 11/13/2012, so that they may not occur if prevented by technological means which I shall post below.   

The US government has already developed satellites as posted at the vortex web site which can capture solar energy and create a beam force field from the solar energy, so that we should be able to use a series of satellites to create a tesla neutrino force field to filter, or deflect the neutrino radiation at the exact know points where the solar neutrino energy is focused by the moon during a solar eclipse so that it does not create floods, earth quakes, or a tilting of the Earth's axis. 

It seems to me the reason that the Mayan calendar ended around 2012, is because the Mayans or the South American's lose their present control of the US government around 2012 due to civil wars in the US, etc., so that they cannot see into the future by means of time travel and information passed to them back in time by means of their present control of the US government.  We also have the Israeli's, and other groups which work with Asia, and South America who also live in underground caves, and think themselves safe during solar eclipses, to secretly control the US government to use its resources such as satellites, against the USA citizens, but a civil war in the USA may prevent this and prevent biblical apocalyptic events from occurring by using the US governments technologies to prevent biblical apocalypses rather than encourage them. 

It seems to me that the US government has already created a force field system around the Earth by means of satellites, which already filters out helpful neutrino radiation that can make life on the surface of the Earth much more positive and extend life, since presently the US government is controlled by underworld forces that live in caves from South America, which want to repress and genocide societies on the surface of the Earth.  If no revolution or civil war occurs to restore the US government back in control by the USA surface societies, then the South American, Middle Eastern, and Asian underworld's control of the US government may allow the focused neutrino radiation to cause floods and earthquakes around 2012 and until then the underworld uses the solar satellites to harass and repress USA citizens with beam weapons as well as reduce the helpful neutrinos that extend life spans and prevent old age.  

Konstantine Meyl also mentions that a hundred years ago the intensity of the neutrino Radiation was greater to allow longer and healthier life, to allow crystals to glow, and to allow Keely's technologies to work.  It may be that the US government went back in time starting around 1994, to place satellites around the Earth starting around the 1900's to place a force field around the Earth to then filter out neutrinos, to reduce neutrino radiation levels, to shorten life spans, reduce the quality of life, and for other reasons, since the US government has been controlled by groups living in underground caves, which are at war with the surface societies, and which use the US governments resources against the surface societies on Earth presently.

A strong neutrino field still doesn't make a catastrophe.  Only  in connection with one of the regularly happening eclipses of the sun should one be expected under certain  circumstances.  Only, which eclipses of the sun can get dangerous, we have to ask us, and why warns e.g. Nostradamus only for very particular dates?

The check of the respective eclipses of the sun results in a critical  constellation every time for the cases, where the line of the complete shadow and the circle of the projection of Earth's core intersect under a very flat angle and both points of intersection lie very close together.  In the extreme case finally the lines only are touching and the points of intersection fuse to a line of intersection.
A corresponding constellation the next time is expected at 11/13/2012.  For 7/7/3797, at similar conditions Nostradamus foretells the end of the world; but why?

If we, to conclude, cast our eyes over the wiring diagram which Stanley Meyer discloses in his patent specification (fig. 17.7 and 17.8). In the center is a transformer, which should produce an if possible high tension voltage. A rectifying diode, which takes care that only positive tension voltage pulses serve the exitation, is swicthed in series with the reaction capacitor, which is filled with water, a fixed and variable inductance. In that way the positive pole is always cituated in the center of the reaction chamber. If both connections would be exchanged or the diode be turned over, then the neutrinos would presumably materialize in positrons and not in wanted electrons.

But if one leaves out the diode entirely and one has a tension voltage changing both in positive and in negative direction, then maybe electrons and positrons are equally generated, which annihilate each other under emission of gamma quanta.

As an example worth paying attention to, the Paterson Power Cell should be mentioned, which not only can be used for the generation of energy, but, how could it be otherwise, also for reduction of radioactivity and for transmutation. The energy cell invented by the chemist Dr. James A. Patterson is researched and developed further by the company CETI (Clean Energy Technologies Inc. ) in Sarasota (Florida, USA). According to latest reports such a device supplies at most one kilowatt of heat energy at an over-unity of up to 4000; thus 4000 times the energy is released than is taken up as required for the operation!

In fig. 17.4 one single cell of the energy converter is shown. The glass container consists of three chambers of approx. 4 cm height each time and about 1.9 cm in diameter and works like a continous-flow water heater. From the bottom tapwater or distilled water is supplied and at the top connection again taken away in heated form. The excitation takes place electrostatically by means of two platinum electrodes. The anode situated at the top is connected with the positive pole and the cathode with the negative pole of the source of direct current.

In the three chambers are situated tiny, filmy coated small balls, which from the real principal item of the cell. Production method and structure of the beads are oriented to the task to be mastered. In the case of a variant conceived for the generation of energy the barely on millimeter in diameter small synthetic beads carry after each other a thin layer of palladium, a layer of nickel and once again one with palladium.

The president of the German association of space energy, Prof. Dr. Joseph Gruber on the occasion of his visit at the company CETI and of a conference about "cold fusion'' in Vancouver has published a report.

17.5 Report concerning the cold fusion

"In the case of the Patterson transmutation cell it concerns a special electrolysis cell, in which the radio nuclides are charged. During the electrolysis the decay activity measured by means of a Geiger-Muller counter decreases drastically. Within a few hours reductions of up to 80% are obtained. In such an electrolysis system with electrodes consisting of specially coated beads low-energetic nuclear reaction can be observed. In this case elements are detected in the metallic layers of the beads, which before were not contained in these. Further are measured changed (unnatural) proportions of isotopes. From these transmutation can be inferred, which is used in the cell for the conversion of radioactive elements.

Until now natural uranium and thorium were used as radioactive material. The reproducibility already now is very good. The applicability for commercial purposes, for the reduction of the radioactivity of burnt up fuel elements and for the conversion of plutonium is easy to see."

At his visit in the laboratory of CETI in Sarasota 28.5.97 Prof. Gruber has witnessed an experiment to annihilate radioactivity with the Patterson transmutation cell. He reported about it: "In the presence of N.J. Olson from Pacific Northwest Laboratory (operated by Batelle for the US. Department of Energy) a team of the television station ABC conducted by the science journalist Dr. M. Guillen made recordings for a television program, which meanwhile has been broadcasted all over the country. The UK has the whole ocean at its shores, and can use water turbines and windmills to generate a great deal of electrical power, which many land locked nations cannot do.  If the UK promoted compressed air cars and electrical cars as is France, then the UK can get most of its car energy needs from electrical energy powered by the ocean waves and air.  The UK could also modify corn genes to grow bigger and faster to get 4 times the crop, to be used just to make ethanol, so that only 1/4 of the UK needs to grown corn.  Also some sea plants should be able to be grown in the ocean shores of the UK to also make ethanol.

From the setup it concerns a bridge of Ampere, which in various respects appears to be superior to the rocket engines, after the costly transport of the propellant into space isn't necessary since the capacitor batteries can be recharged by solar power.

The inventors who want to construct a civil version of the railgun, is given a warning on the way which should be taken seriously. At first it doesn't take particularly much imagination to imagine a rotating arrangement of the gun, a construction with one axis, with which a generator driven, which produces power. A small part is supplied the system again as supply for itself. The rest would be available free to the consumers as nonpolluting regenerative energy.
That really sounds good, if there wouldn't be this one obstacle.

15.7 Tendency to instability

In a continuously working machine the discharging of the capacitor cannot remain as single event as in the case of the gun. The discharging and the recharging has to take place cyclic depending on the revolutions per minute. To obtain a rotating movement even to a certain extent ignition has to follow ignition. But if the ignition takes place, although the avalanche effect of the last one still hasn't worn off, then inevitable a catastrophe will occur, then the work of wonder is taken apart under the eyes of its creator.

Numerous inventors already have had to collect such painful experiences. It is assumed that not even Nikola Tesla had escaped, as he had to put away again his stately luxury car with electric motor and energy converter in a barn near Buffalo already after one week of test operation in the year 1931.

Of course also for this problem solutions in accordance with engineering are offered. Meaningful would be a restriction of the revolutions per minute and a power regulation. Only most inventors don't think that far. On the one hand, because they handicraft without a useful physical model and on the other hand they think they already have reached the goal, if they observe something like free energy for the first time. Just as fast as the joy then the disillusionment comes, because a converter which doesn't work, is not able to convince anyone.

As the example of the railgun space energy technologies and inventors can study the relations and the way of functioning very concretely and even calculate these relatively simple. Ordinary sunlight collected and trapped in the dark and thick area in clouds will create a plasma energy vortex that can transmute and accelerate sunlight into a high energy field which creates lightening, and also has in the past caused planes to disappear due to high energy transmuting and teleporting the plane to another place in time and space by means of photonic and neutrinonic teleportation.  Certainly sunlight trapped in a jar of gas that may have vortex currents in it can also create high energy fields which can cause explosions, and even mini-lightening bolts.

It is true that the problem of the changed length relations is know to the experts under the term of a "spherical aberration".  But with that it is neither qualitatively nor quantitatively understood.  Only the theory of objectivity, soundly gives reasons for, why the Astronaut Roosa has seen his colleagues almost 3 times as large, why weather satellites in a height of 15 km are approx. 25 % larger and why communication satellites in a 36000 km high geostationary orbit even increase to 6.64 fold of their original size. It also explains why the neutral point between the Earth and the moon, at which the attraction of masses of both celestial bodies mutually cancel, wasn't reached at the point where it had been expected by the moon rockets.

On the other hand it should be paid attention to the fact, that man eyes everything with the speed of light with the optics of his eyes, and that speed by no means has to be constant.  Solely the definition of the speed of light c is a linear measure per unit of time points to the direction proportionality between c and a length l (See chapter 6.3): c ~ 1.

If a rule has proven to be unusable for measuring a distance, then we'll experience the same disaster, if we measure optically, i.e. with the speed of light. Obviously both the length l and the speed of light c depend in the same manner on the respective local field strength.  On the one had both measurement techniques lead to the same result, but on the other hand what can't be measured with one method, neither can be measured with the other.

To prove the constancy, it is normal to measure the speed of light optically. But since there exists a proportionality between measurement variable and the measurement path (53), the unknown variable is being measured with itself.  The measurement faulty by principle in all cases delivers a constant value.  In contrast to the textbook opinion of today by no means a constancy of the speed of light can be assumed.  In the case of the in a vacuum measurable 300,000 km/s it concerns a capitol measurement error, at best a constant of measurement, but never a constant of nature. 

With the postulate and the misinterpretation of a constancy of the speed of light as a universal constant of nature Einstein already let several generations of physicists run into the same dead end, in which they today are stuck altogether.   It surely is no accident, that the big time of discoveries abrupt came to an end with Einstein ..

The structure of the receiver antenna allows us a deeper insight into the manner, how free energy is tapped during the photosynthesis. For the dimensions determining the frequency of the photosynthesis pigments, as the antennas are called we have to go down to the molecular structure. Fig. 14.10 shows the formula of structure and next to it also the spatial model of the pigment chlorophyll.

Two points point at the function for free energy conversion. One the one hand is situated in the center of the molecule a double positive ionized Mg atom, surrounded by four nitrogen atoms and a carbon ring consisting of 20 atoms, from which arises a polarization of the entire molecule. This in addition is oscillating because the electron cloud of the enveloping electrons, which hold the molecule together, perform swirl oscillations depending on temperature. According to the European Union reports as commented on by Konstantine Meyl in his book Scalar waves, Pg 286, it takes photovocalics 20 years to 20 years in average time for paying for itself in spent energy, and most photovocalics systems need to be repaired or replaced in 7 years time, so that photovocalics uses more energy than it produces, and is not cost effective yet.   

Photovocalics needs to become more efficient and longer lasting which can be done by simply accelerating the solar energy recieved at a solar plate or capacitor plate with a tesla coil to place the solar energy in a higher energetic state which is waveless and is a pure vortex neutrino energy which can then be transfered along the out side of a fiber optic cable like beads of water along a string and then deaccelerated by another reverse tesla coil at the plug outlet to be used as energy, and to have excess energy stored in a battery for backup.  Converting solar energy into neutriono form also allows for more solar energy to be collected from many different solar wavelenghts so that more solar energy is recieved and used in addition to better efficiency in conversion.   By means of raman amplification used in communications networks we can also improve solar efficency by amplifying the solar waves to match the solar cells so that they can recieve more energy.

If we look at all of the different types of renewable energy sources, only two of them creates energy from motion that may not effect environmental cycles, and natural resource limits, if used globally on a large scale, and that is energy produced from Wind and Sea motion.   All other renewable energy resources extract energy from either the sun by means of photons or from cosmic solar energies such as neutrinos which are collected and received from the center of the galaxy by the Sun along many different frequency channels and then broadcast to the Earth by the Sun to be placed in the water,  ground,  plants, and the atmosphere along many different neutrino resonant frequency channels that exist in each life form resonant receiver.   

On Earth neutrinos and photons are needed by plants and other life forms, so that if to many neutrinos and photons are used up in the local atmosphere, ground, and water then plants and life forms may die, and the atmospheric pressures may change, unless the photons and neutrinos are placed back into the atmosphere, ground, and water as quickly as they are used  to keep the atmosphere and energy cycles in balance.  In order to use plants, water, ground and atmospheric resources to produce energy in large amounts globally we will need to have exact and precise measurements on how many neutrinos and photons are needed in each square inch and their safe pressure and heat ratios along each resonant frequency channel on Earth at each moment in time for plants and life forms to live safely, and how much may be extracted for energy use along each resonant frequency channel safely globally and locally.  

We also need to ensure that mechanical man made radio, light, and energy wave and beam communications and transfer through the atmosphere, water, and ground do not jam the natural atmospheric energy resonant frequencies and intensities needed by each life form. Cellular phone radio waves and beams for instance can create harmful interference patterns that change the natural resonant frequencies in the environment and the amount of neutrino intensities in each square inch to be to intense or to weak to create different pressures, heat, and energy intensities so that they may harm each life form that needs different intensities and frequencies of energy. 

We could collect photons and neutrinos high up in the sky or deep underground above or below all plant and life forms, so that the energy extracted does not affect life forms, near the surface of the Earth.   We still have to make sure that ground and atmospheric cycles will not get changed or affected to change the weather and atmosphere by to much solar or neutrino energy extracted from the environment. 

If we use water as a power source in cold fusion and in water electrolysis, then we may have to ensure that local fresh water sources are not used up to quickly.  In many areas of the world fresh water is a rare resources so that fresh water may not be useable on a global scale as a power source.   With modern technologies it is possible to create fresh water from atmospheric water and sea water but again we will have to ensure that the water balance is kept healthy world wide, when water is used as a power source. 

It may even be the case that to much wind and sea motion energy use could also change natural environmental patterns.   The best strategy to use renewable energies, until we have exact means to measure the environment and energy cycles locally and globally by means of real time and long term historical data and computer modeling to determine the impact of the use of energy from the environment, we should use many renewable energy sources that each extract only a small percentage from the local environment.   If we use 33 percent wind energy, 33 percent atmospheric and ground solar and cosmic energy, and 34 percent biofule energy to produce electricity and hydrogen which can then be placed into electric cars and hydrogen cars, then we can use many different renewable energy resources at once and also avoid pollution caused by biofules in cars. Until we maximize the use of electric and hydrogen cars, and solar, sea, and wind energy productions, then biofule diesel may be used in cars.

Most of the debunking for biofules that I have seen never state any facts, or serious research reports, which hints that they are phony or misleading.   Biofeuls have one major advantage over oil, they allow us to decentralize biofuel energy production in the USA and world wide, and they also allow us to transfer the profits and jobs from the Middle East to the USA and world wide wherever the crops are grown to make us more self sufficient locally.  It seems hard to believe the Europe would make a thirty or more year commitment to biofuels unless they knew it would work, so it most likely will work.

I find it amusing that it is this enormous need for "charity investment" in 
alternative energies, when very profitable alternatives are already at 
hand. Both in the US transport and the construction sector, it is possible 
to do more than 50% energy savings. This without any negative effects or 
reduced standard of living. It is also possible to rapidly and with modest 
investments, achieve 40% to 50% contribution from alternative energy 
sources. Since 80% of the worlds oil use are in industrial and rich 
countries, it is no lack of funds for achieving this, only a lack of 
education and political willingness.

New technologies nor charity donations are needed or a prerequisite. The 
reason is that all of the above can be achieved by actions that have 
payback periods less than 10 years and in many cases less than 1 (ONE!!) year.

We already have example of countries who have done the above at large scale 
and proven its viability by successes. As by product, the successes have 
also resulted in a greatly improved environment. In EU the automotive 
technologies gives nearly 2 times the passenger and transport mileage per 
volume of fuel, compared with US. Directives for new building codes in EU, 
modelled on Scandinavian codes, give more than 50% less energy use, 
compared to US. Why should European rich companies give donations to US, to 
get their energy use at reasonable levels and under control?

It is directives in place for EU, that will result in general use of 
minimum E10 and B20, within a few years. It is also EU directives in place 
that will result in more than 50% use of diesels (with biodiesel) by 2030 
or earlier.

Several EU countries have above 15% contribution from wind generated 
electricity, compared with less than 1% for US.

In the book "Illusions - The Reluctant Messiah", Richard Bach hints that a full tank of gas may save Western American and European society especially if that gas is made of hydrogen or biofuel ethonal and is produced locally.   Most cars today can use ethonal mixed with gas so that ethonal plants constructed throughout the West can make the West energy independent within 20 years time if grants in the billions of dollars can be obtained immediately and funded to start ethanol plants, and other types of alternative energy farms and technologies in the West.   

If rich foundations and companies such as the Turner Foundation, Bill Gates Foundation, General Motors, Ford, and McDonalds, who have given billions of dollars to charities, gave just a small percentage of their companies charitable donations equaling a billion dollars to start alternative energy projects such as biofuel plants and hybrid fuel engine technologies today, they could not only save the West, but also make a hefty profit from the biofuel plants and engine technologies to be placed in part back into their foundations, and at the same time improve the local economy, so that their for profit companies could also sell more goods and make more profits in the West.  Even big oil companies in the West could easily profit from ethanol and hydrogen gas technologies and investments, by starting such company ventures.

If automakers can start producing hybrid engines that use ethanol, normal gas, and hydrogen, all at the same time in the same cylinder, then in 10 to 20 years all cars may use all of the above alternative energies without needing a mixing plant to use just a mixture of gas and ethanol.

What is preventing rich Western American and European companies, which includes car and oil companies, and rich foundations from placing their company charities and investments into alternative energies and new hybrid energy engine technologies as suggested above?   Is it anti-Western governmental political policies, secret societies, and underworld criminal organizations threatening Western American companies, their executives and families, to prevent them from investing in, and donating charities to Western American alternative energy technologies, and hybrid energy engines and fuel producing plants, from which they could easily profit greatly?

I estimate that close to several trillion dollars has been stolen and scamed from all Western American citizens, by anti-Western governmental policies which include excessive taxing and needless expensive wars engineered to ruin and collapse Western American & European society in favor of Eastern and Third World communism and socialism.   If we can not make it safe enough or can not get rich Western American & European companies to invest billions of dollars into Western American alternative energy projects and technologies as suggested above, then we should seek to reclaim the trillions of dollars stolen and scamed from us by anti-Western governmental policies, criminal and secret society organizations, and place those funds into both alternative energy technologies, and private international business security and peoples law courts which run privately and independently of corrupt world and national governments, secret societies, and the criminal underworld, to protect the safety of company executives and their families, globally and in Western America, so that they can safely invest in, donate, and profit from their companies and charities without having to worry about governmental, criminal, and underworld harassment.   There is not one international business and peoples law court and security agency, yet there should be by now, which is very strange. 

We shall need trillions of dollars invested immediately into private business organizations to rebuild Western American and European societies, their social customs and infrastructure, to be more space age, just, peaceful, secure, self sustaining, and energy independent.  Big businesses could easily save the West if they could be safe from governmental, secret society, and criminal underworld harassment.  

Since as Bach has stated above in his book, Illusions- The Reluctant Messiah, he has quit being in the Messiah or savior business, and therefore, we will need many new creative, ethical, and daring savior individuals and organizations perhaps some from outer space who can protect big businesses from the criminal policies of governments, secret societies, and the underworld, so that big businesses can also save the West by investing in Western societies safely, legally, peacefully, and profitably.

Most of the quantized particles that make up our body and materials such as metal space ships are simply rolled up vortex energy waves which when uncoiled become pure light waves to allow for photonic teleportation.  We only need to devise a mechanism to uncoil the quantum particles that represent our body and a metal space ship to teleport and this is what Tesla did with his resonance capacitor, flat coil, and principle of synchronization when he beamed energy from one place to another, he essentially uncoiled energy into neutrinos which are neutral and pass through most substances.  If we can create a tesla energy beam device which can resonate with the quantum particles of the human body and map the energy beam particles on a computer, we can dematerialize a person or object into a pure neutrino energy beam and materialize them at another receiver point.

If we were to make solid glass, crystal, or metal horn like funnels or a combination of them which have many small vortex tunnel holes in them connected to a grounding source, to collect solar and cosmic energy along many different wavelengths to compress and channel the energy down the glass/crystal/metal wholes by means of refraction and vortex power to become collected by a glass/fiber optic or metal flat tesla coil and split up into cold electrical particles which are then beamed along the outside of a fiber optic cable like beads of water on the outside of a tube, we can then collect solar and cosmic energy very efficiently and direct it into a power outlet in a home by simply placing a flat tesla coil and capacitor plate near the outlet to convert the cold electrical energy into normal magnetic electrical energy.  We should also be able to channel some of the unused solar and cosmic cold electrical energy particle beams in the fiber optic cables into a cold electrical and standard electrical battery such as a water pond, an organic accumulator, or a mound of earth made of alternating layers of sand, black sand, glass, and zinc.

According to Konstantine Meyl on page 201 (Scalar Waves), nerve fibers in the human brain operate just like one wire diamagnetic cold electrical systems.  The nerve fibers electrical potentials are 70 to 90 mV, and receive and process diamagnetic cold electrical signals.  If we were to construct a diamagnetic oscillator and place it into a cellular phone like device with a vortex antenna, which broadcasts media or communication vortex energy wave signals in the 70 to 90 mV range, then the human brain nerve fibers should be able to receive it and process the communication message and image; and in the same sense a diamagnetic cold positive electrical cellular phone or TV with a vortex antenna tuned to the 70 to 90 mV range, should be able to receive and remotely view and control by means of energy beams human thoughts and thoughts from all life forms that have nerve fibers.

The idea of entropy is the constant and irreversible winding down of the universe with the second law of thermodynamics. This law is based on an observation of James Wattis steam machine, which was the only technological utilization of thermal energy available at the time.

Entropy is associated with radiation. It signifies an ever increasing randomly of motion, and expenditure of the "innate energy of a system". According to the current views of thermodynamics, there is no antidote to entropy. Josef Hassleberger has posted at www.hasslberger.com the complete plans to modify a car's exhaust and engine to allow the car to run off of water.  The plans work and the US government admitted that they work but claimed that cars running off of water would effect our economy so that the government would cause problems for those who tried to mass produce the cars.  A mass produced car in the US that runs off of water would produce many new automotive jobs in the US to build the cars, and reduce our dependency on foreign oil, and probably improve our economy, so that the only reason that the US government will not allow water cars to be produced in the US and USA is because US government works for China, Big Oil Companies, and the Middle East to destroy our economy and not improve it.

Thanks for the above idea.  The center for implosion research posted at  http://208.55.224.185/ posts vortex energy technologies based on Viktor Schauberger's ideas that use your above ideas in part.   A complete working free energy water pump can be designed which uses environmental electrostatics, cosmic and neutrino energies, internal pressures, heat and vortex energies following Viktor Schaubeger's ideas. 

I have been designing underground rain water storage systems and cisterns for planned and engineered self-sustaining folk towns posted at www.rhfweb.com/ft and www.rhfweb.com/ae.  If I can also use the underground cisterns to collect neutrino and electrostatic energy as you pose above then this would be great.   I have also designed artificial man made streams and ponds in the folk town neighborhoods not only for security reasons, but for back up water, and power, which could use the vortex and environmental energies to pump the water up a hill to make a man made waterfall which also generates energy from the waterfall by means of pressurized crystals with tiny wholes in them like chalk, placed under the waterfall in cascades to generate electricity from pressurized water vortexes connected to a battery or neighborhood shared energy power network. 

I pose a question - if cold fusion energy and most over-unity and Tesla free energy devices get their free energy from neutrinos or cosmic rays in the environment, then if the cold fusion device, and over-unity energy device were placed in a vacuum or under force fields on a space ship used to shield out harmful radiation, including neutrinos and teleportation energies, then the cold fusion and overunity devices may not work since they can not receive neutrinos, cosmic energies or teleportation energies to power them due to being shielded from them.   The only reliable energy device for space travel and force field shielding in warfare that needs to use force fields for security and radiation shielding would be a Paul Brown radiant nuclear battery or standard nuclear powered energy in the space ship.   The space ship could let down its force fields to recharge the space ship by means of cosmic and teleportation energies in times of peace or safety, but not when being attacked by energy beams by enemy forces for prolonged periods of time, at which point the ship would have to use high energy nuclear power to power the ship and its protective force fields.   

Some of the cold fusion energy can come from completely reversible chemical reactions and not just from neutrinos or cosmic energies, but this would not be enough to power force fields in warfare and consequently on ship nuclear power would still be needed.  However we could make a safe nuclear power source similar to a mini sun on and inside of the ship which also produce cosmic energy and neutrinos to be used in cold fusion reactions and in the Paul brown nuclear battery while the ships force fields are on shielding out the external solar and cosmic energies.

If several pumps were placed in a series by cascading gradually in a spiral tube up the well then they should work.  There is a lot of dielectric static electricity in the ground which the tubes should pick up if they are made of copper with a zinc center, and we can also add zinc placed in copper tubes into the well walls to pick up extra static electricity, and we can always use solar power for the extra needed energy if the ground dieletrics are two weak.

According to Konstantine Meyl in his book scalar waves information is a type of energy which is organized into cybernetic (biofeedback) energy vortex patterns or 4 dimensional energy vortex matrix holograms (Spatial: x,y,z and time) which look like a collection of energy swirls and patterns of both uncoiled vortex energy waves and coiled quantized energy particles that our spirit, brain, and body senses, interprets, and remembers as data. 

A cybernetic biofeedback diagram of a living organism that receives, encodes and sends out energy information may include:

1. Sensor cells which receive external and internal environmental  
   information energy patterns:

   A. External sensor cells that sense infrared, sound, and other types 
 of energy patterns that do not penetrate the outer skin cells

 Ocular vision, ear hearing, skin touch, nose smell, & mouth taste 

   B. Internal sensor cells that sense energy patterns that penetrate 
 the outer skin cells (Often associated with extrasensory)

  Internal vision, hearing, pressure sense, smell, taste, and 
  internal virtual modeling and envisioning of information
  remembered, sensed or created, local and long distance 
  sensor cells which remotely sense specially and temporally 
  back and forwards in time.  
   
2. Interpreters and processor cells which internally and externally 
    manipulate and encode the environmental sensed energy vortex 
    information patterns into internal and external vortex information 
    energy patterns to be  processed,  and  saved or remembered as 
    photonic, ionic, and chemical energy vortex memory data patterns, in 
    the energy patterns of each internal and external cell of the  
    body, brain, and spirit.

3. Memory cells which receive information, encode, and remember the 
information by creating an energy vortex pattern mold of the information 
received.  Memory cells can encode both uncoiled (wave), and coiled 
(quantized particle) vortex energy patterns in a four dimensional 
holographic memory matrix (Spatial Dimensions x,y,z, and Time).  
Memory cells may be made of both dense physical body cells 
and less dense plasma energy cells of the individual and group spirit, aura, and mind. 

Internal and external body, brain, spirit, and external environmental cells 
encoding information as complex objects comprising thoughts, feelings, 
emotions, words and rough external and internal sensory data. 

A cybernetic remote viewing machine made of a computer, energy sensors, and artificial intelligence and virtual reality software programs could be built which senses, and remembers all of the environmental vortex energy patterns both scalar and nonscalar in and around a living organism and its environment to then associate the 4D holographic energy patterns stored by the living organism in its sensors, and memory body and energetic spiritual cells with the vortex energy patterns of an object such as a letter in a word, a feeling, an emotion, a thought, or a color, shape, and size of an object; and then display a visual 2D or holographic 4D image of the object into a projector screen to see what a living organism senses, feels, emotes, and thinks.   Each living organism may have its own unique way of storing and encoding information so that the cybernetic remote viewing machine described above may have to learn the memory patterns of each living organism in association to the environment to display its thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

Living organisms from different social societies may store information very differently

A living organism which grows up in and believes in a society and environment that has a bill of rights which counter concepts of slavery of any and all life forms will have a unique energy form and matrix encoded in its spirit, mind, and body that will be very distinct, perhaps the inverse, and may be incompatible spiritually, physically, and socially with living organisms from other societies and environments which have no bill of rights, and which may also accept concepts of slavery in their society and personal and private life.

The author recommends the introduction of the term "hydrotic field". In it should be expressed, which importance water has for both the like named potential vortex and this field.

The discovery and introduction of the hydromagnetic field makes the desired unification possible, because the electromagnetic resp. Maxwell field, which describes the electromagnetic interaction, and the hydrogravitational field of the gravitation can be derived from this field as a consequence of the formation of quanta.

The kind of the interaction is caused by the course of the field lines of the field quanta which form as spherical vortices: the open field lines make the electromagnetic interaction possible. And the field lines with a closed course lead to gravitation. Both are a direct result of the field dependent speed of light. A more perfect unification seems hardly possible.

As the next step the unification with the strong and the weak interaction is required, but it could be shown that those don't exist at all. It just concerns misinterpretations
with much fantasy, which should help explain the difference between a wrong theory and the physical reality.

Numerous auxiliary terms for the description of the quantum properties exist, like for instance mass, charge, or Plank's quantum of action. The prerequisite for their usability naturally is the existence of the quanta. But until these have found to a physical reality, the auxiliary terms are unnecessary.
