Maybe wikipedia has lost information about your session (if that happens nearly always). That (the «refresh-and-get») doesn't happen when I try to access at the import page ; I confess it is very very weird. Maybe you should ask stewards to do it for me ? No transwiki import sources have been defined and direct history uploads are disabled.
