GlobalStiffnessTimeStepper would take this into account, but PWaveTimeStep() doesn't. Indeed generating a new docker is an option, provided that you manage to compile yade with intel compiler therein. After canceling the setting of torsional stiffness of hertz-mindlin contact law, this simulation started to run. Besides, I am still trying to figure out why the value of ktwist can cause the error above. Do I need to change the Ubuntu system? My Ubuntu system is Ubuntu 21.10 and Yade 2021.01a using python 3.9.7.
