The new site is so nice. My order is already placed and should arrive on
the 16th according to UPS. Now you can cross reference sort of like at Sonic
Groove which is great for tracking down other stuff. Awesome website and
store Alex. I plan on making more use of it from now on.

I'm going to be in Detroit for a couple of days this weekend, and I was

I hope it's still around, it's been a couple months
since I've been record shopping. It's on Jos Campau,
just south of Caniff which is off I-75. It's my
choice of stores to go to, prices are nice, usually
$8-$9 for imports. But bring your own headphones :)

Bambaata is playing in conjunction with the hip-hop
conference (much like they had for electronic music).
http://www.umich.edu/~hhcsc is the link to check it
out. This conference is several days (like two?) and
has a lot more in-depth panel discussions.

Went and saw the Pubas/DJ Assault show in LA on tuesday night...very very

Went from 4onthefloor to electro and back with much deftness. Caught some

Hmmm that could be very possible, although I don't recall firsthand. It
wouldn't surprise me at all though, I do remember both songs being pretty

Greetings,
What can you guys tell me about Common Factor. All I know is that he works
at a record shop called 2nd Hand Tunes in here in Chicago. Kind of reminds
me of Chris Nazuka, has quite a few releases out but no one has really heard
of him.
