Well it is Friday, listening to some old albums and wondered:
What ever happened to Theorem?
Is he still releasing music or has gone completely of the musical
radar or just my musical radar?
Well i am a producer and in the almost 20 years i am making music, i
came to the following conclusion:
Booking agencies are evil.
I tried to avoid them as much as i could, all the times i had to deal
with them i ended arranging stuff myself because they just did it
wrong or flat out
Not really strictly techno but Jimmy Edgar is still young, he made
some great tunes.

I'm (fairly) sure that Dale used to be active on 313... though it's a *long*
time
If you dig in the archives I'm fairly sure that a while back (not 10 years,
maybe half that, not sure) the same question was asked
and Dale (who obviously was subscribed at that point) came on to talk a bit
about why he hadn't done anything for a while, I think
he then went on to but now I'm
No I remembered that too after you said this Francis.
I hope he did get something together, but no doubt it's been difficult in
recent years to actually do what a musician always wants to do, which is
release records - so that might explain his silence a bit.
I would also guess people like
I dug back found the post forwarded it. Only for some reason forwarding
must have changed it from plain text to HTML or
something cos it hasn't come through. G.
It was half 10 years ago what I said was pretty accurate so I'm not senile
yet.
After the post (in which I think Dale said it

Hola..
Thought I'd put my recent(ish) acquisitions in a nice little mix for a friday
afternoon…
Mix is ere - http://www.acid-house.net/MIxed_up.mp3
Vinyl Used.
Jaime Read - Messages from Outer Space - Elecktrosouls
Jagged - An Orange Dripping - Bonjazz
Nick Solé - Never - Dpress Industries
He used to be on 313 back in 'ye old days, when dragons wandered
around the world and noble knights battled for the beautiful princess.
I think i met him a couple of times at 313 parties in detroit.
But it would be cool to see some of his music out on a label again.

i think you only need a booking agency, if already have several lot of

and need someone to arrange all booking requests for you.

It wasn't that long ago. He posted a huge list of stuff he was
selling. 4-5 years ago. The dragons were extinct by then but I still
had dialup if I wasn't at school.

Dale's last release was on M_Nus in 2002. No idea what he's up to
now. The myspace page has no tracks that weren't part of his pre-2002
oeuvre.
According to myspace, he hasn't logged in since december 09.
He's very active on Facebook but he's talking more about politics than music.

Hey all,
As some of you know, our label has a special connection
to the earthquake ravaged country of Haiti - so in the
tradition of our charity net releases we quickly pulled
together this compilation to help out.
Thanks to our regular contributors and everybody who responded so quickly.

Your name came up on the 313 list ...
Why would they do that? I haven't released anything since 2001! Of
course, I am glad to hear that. :-)
I've been writing music on and off and working a lot of hours doing
web development at my current job for the past few
