As far as the .wav and midi mixing brother... Recycle for waves and cubase for midi... Or Vegas and Acid... Or Logic as recommended before Or Protools(lot's a dough) You can always try logic but I know recycle was designed for what you want to do ***I would to hear from some recycle users
