found another visionary to whom they could abdicate their autonomy.

illustrate the will to sleep, even in those claiming to strive towards

This wasn't a single isolated incident, that was the reason it was
made public. It's written as if it were directed at one person so
that people who need it, take it to heart. (from what I've been
told).
