ok, both of them were out on a double lp version, i remeber seeing the
dave clark couple of years ago in a second hand store in london, but i allways
prefer the 12 for spinning so i did not buy it.
the human track on the start is a superb track, made by mike oliver from
smallfish my guess is that
also worth checking is the coldcut dj food mix on jdj series, less on
the elektro but this cd rocks as hell.

Adult - Resuscitation
Drexciya - Neptunes Lair
mixwise the dave clarke electroboogie cd is good.

Hi Gary...
God, I love to share this stuff...
I agree...Adult's Resuscitation is amazing!
Check out some of the albums on Bpitch Control, especially Smash TV and Tok
Tok
And, how I discovered some really great electro is through the International
Deejay Gigolos artists and compilations:
look out for the Radioactive Man album (forget the name). Not the most
driving electro but one of the best albums for a while all the same; for
that matter check out any of the later swordsmen stuff (esp Tiny Reminders
or Stay Down) this has the advantage that if you hate it, the house stuff

if you're still able to track it down,
get elecktroids elektroworld on warp,
also by drexciya, this is electro at its best
the most elektro-id drexciya side project
so far.
i-f's f***ing consumer on disko b should
also be a must if you're looking for good
electro
yeah i just grabbed some elektroids stuff off soulseek a few
weeks ago -
who/what/when were/are these guys?
:Yes agree with the below but im throwing in this one as a must have:

A mysterious combo, possibly Drexciya-related. Only released this album and

i thought this album was pretty disapointing really - a few good tracks but
a lot of it used really irratating high pitched grinding sort of noises.
just an opinion
Mindgames: Mindgames (H-Productions)
Came out about 6 months ago only to get rather lost in the shuffle. Cari
Lekebusch on a futuristic UR-styled hi-tech electro funk mission to bring
the breakdance back. Lots of tongue-in-cheek humour basslines to die for
(all IMHO, of course).
The Aux-88
I-F - Man from the Pack has always been a favorite of mine...

Perhaps someone mentioned this already but I'll put in a word for any of the
releases by Ann Arbor-based Spesimen.
No CDs, but some very very nice dubby electro on vinyl.
