That's Tresor, as far as I remember there were two albums, recently
re-released as a double-CD... I agree this is excellent, weird stuff.

Perlon has a compilation out that is in the Berlin minimal house/dubby
house vein - it's called Superlongetivity. Not sure if it's available on
CD. Also look into Savvas Ysatis' "Select" on Tresor. What you are looking
for is actually instrumental reggae because there is no dub without the
occasio

It's so interesting the way different people hear the same things
differently.
The first 20 minutes of Scion's set from the DEMF 1 is some of the most
ridiculously beautiful music I've ever heard - but when Tikiman comes out
the energy just kinda dissipates for me. I love the sound of his voice, b
I've really enjoyed Stephen Betkke's 'Pole' series - really deep germanic
electro dub. It has more reverb than you can shake a stick at.
