Perlon has a compilation out that is in the Berlin minimal house/dubby house vein - it's called Superlongetivity. Not sure if it's available on CD. Also look into Savvas Ysatis' "Select" on Tresor. What you are looking for is actually instrumental reggae because there is no dub without the occasio
