Could anyone please ID the first track on this Larry Heard Ron Trent mix?

I heard it before and it imitates the synth sound on summer madness from
kool the gang a bit.
After hearing Theo Parrish play on friday, my interests in early chicago
my interests in early chicago house has reached another level.
Eh.. did I say early chicago house? I actually meant the chicago house from
the 91 - 98 era.. like the ron trent stuff. I allready know a lot of the
early chicago records.
Thanks,
Maarten

Here's a re-post
I heard this track on a local radio mix last night and I have been trying to
ID it forever.
Its an older house track, Sounds much like New Jersey Deep by Black
Science Orchestra,
It has a female vocal that goes We wont be gettin' down, up and down, all
around, not this time baby.
and then breaks

That was Taxicab. I heard a mix last night with it too.
Not sure of the station it was on, I was searching for WEMU to put the kids
to sleep.
