response to the concerns brought to their notice of blind people.
It is issued by one of their Executive Directors. Use it to educate the LIC
agent you talk to and the branch office where you submit your proposal.
I've already tried a beta version of it and I must admit that it's not my cup
of tea atleast. A good start though.
