Recently Reliance has launched its new wireless internet connectivity device
named Reliance Netconnect Broadband. It is a pen drive like USB modem which it
claims can give speeds upto 3.1 mbps. The earlier such devices from Reliance &
TATA used to give connectivity of 144 kbps only.

preference is for one that uses a usb modem and that has online bill pay.

Checkout with BSNL guys they have something called "*port-binding*" feature.
It would bind your phone no with the username/password so that your username
wont work with any other phone number.
