the problems that you mentioned, so they are definitely not because of
Windows10. My experience with Windows10 has been pretty good, and I've
generally heard very good things about the OS from several people.

Somehow, this time, in Cortana and Search settings, I did receive some
useful information, telling me that I was on the right track. But
Cortana wanted me to sign in with a Microsoft account, which I have
