These guys had come to JJ hospital Mumbai, after being refused at
Jalgoan Civil hospital, and they were redirected back. Matter of
jurisdiction was the reason given.

Even at my place in U.P they refuse to make it unless u are 100%
blind. I couldn't get from there because of this problem . I am also
