As part of special arangements, we from Devnar school for the blind in
hyderabad, prepared the braille balette papers, I was there for the
demo session, It was during the earlier CEC's time, but I couldn't get
the choice of voting with

At the election booth, the election officer would make the person accompanying
you fill up a form.
At least in case of the blind voters there is some documentation to fall back
on for statistic sake.
