I'm not able to download files in my mail box or in any website, even
its not giving any message or dialog box like "do you want to open or
save".
I'm using windows 7, OS vista.

If your computer runs on Windows 7, press Alt plus N to open a menu
with three options namely, open, save and cansel to select from, and
you can use tab to get to the desired one and press Enter on it. In
case you wish to have the "Save As" dialogue box displayed, press the
down arro

Reset your internet explorer to its original settings.
Step to reset-
1.1. open IE.
1.2. press alt +t.
1.3. press o.
1.4. press ctrl+tab, until you hear advance page.
1.5. press alt+s, after getting the advance page.
1.6. finally press alt+r, to reset internet explorer to its original
default sett
I did as per your suggestion, but only getting the options like open
button, save split button, but not getting save button and no option
to change the location to save the file.

If you want to change your IE default download file destination, then
follow this steps.
1.1 Open IE.
1.2 Press ctrl +j.
