Hi. Skype is not very user friendly, I agree, but it is certainly quite accessible. I use NVDA with Skype, without any sort of scripts or plugin, and find Skype quite usable. Just keep tabbing and shift tabbing around quickly and you will sooner or later reach wherever you want to reach. By the way

respected madam, am also using the same version with the latest available skype scripts and skype talking and not finding so much difficulty. you must do two things to get it work again. 1- recompile the installed scripts by ctrl+shift+c, and 2- reinstall the skype talking. it'll work for sure.
