State commissioner took six years to decide the case.
So, CCPD may take another six!
And, besides, such teethless bodies only add to grief by ordering
something on paper and leaving it tantalizingly unenforced.

I think, this is a worst case of denial of justice due to delay. I am
shocked what this gentleman must be undergoing all this while! Let me know
know what sort of help that lawyer needs!
I think instead of wasting time there in the Mumbai High Court, the matter
could have been handled h
May be the judicial officers are unaware of VIP's ability. We also
need to sensitize the judges, lawyers, doctors, recruitment agencies,
bureaucrats and others regarding rights of PWD's, important policies
and circulars, various judgments, identified jobs for VIP's, working
environment, and so on.
It is frustrating. Do we need sensitizing the judges and lawyers about
the law? I totally disagree. I hope you understand.
Regarding the other departments you mentioned, I just wanted to know
that if may are unaware of our rights, then how come are they aware of
all the quota policies of SC/ST, OB
