I can attest for the poicyreporter it
really does a good job. Also for managing logging I think Darren (GPOGuy) Mar
Elia has a great little solution he provides for dealing with logging (http://www.gpoguy.com/Tools.htm#GPO%20Logging%20ADM).
He has a few other cool things up there as well

to implement more than simply putting your monitor to sleep. It is also clear

Hi Dave,
This will be my fourth DEC and everyone has
been worth it. I think I have learned more at this conference than any other I
have attended. It is very focused, intimate and full of some incredibly
interesting people who are out there doing it.
The content ranges in complexity

Aaron,
I think it is called dsadmin.dll, (it has been quite a while). At one
point I opened adminpak.msi with WISE (you may be able to do the same
with Orca) and found the association between ADUC and the .dll.
Things have changed a bit and there are switches that allow you to
install (register)
Just to add... Kieran McCorey has an Exchange Migration webcast today at

I am sure I will butcher this explanation
but Ill give it a shot. For a reference, Bill Boswell wrote Chapter 7 (Scripting
GPMC operations) of Jeremy Moskowitzs new Group Policy book.
Bill did an amazing job of drilling into
the object model provided with the GPMC and he has a sample
sets. Somewhat of an oversight, in my view, but nonetheless,
you are pretty much stuck with rolling this by hand as far as I know.

I absolutely cant live without
