with other brands.
Also I have used a LOT of Cpq/HP MSL-series, both with SDLT and LTO, which is actually
the Overland 2000-series and I really, really like it, especially equipped with
LTO-drives

This looks to be a result of older APARs (IC33840 and IC34693).
It looks like you are OK with the TSM Server level, but your client
needs to be updated to solve the problem.
I found this in a closed PMR:
