Robert, Did you make sure to choose the radio button that says Replay Restored logs ONLY (under the Run Recovery checkbox)? This needs to be checked for alternate server restores. If so, did you check the Event Log for any meaningful messages? Thanks, Del

Upgrading AIX TSM server

I am about to upgrade one of my TSM AIX servers from 5.2.3.4 to 5.3.? I have the base upgrade to get to V5.3.0.0. I have downloaded the upgrades to 5.3.1.0 and now 5.3.1.2 ! Per the prereqs, I am at the correct levels for xlC.rte. Any reason I can't go directly to 5.3.1.2 from 5.3.0.0 ? Any

I just downloaded and installed the latest Admin Center 5.3.1 on my Windows Server and everything worked fine. ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/admincenter/v5r3/5.3.1.0/ Does anyone know what the latest version of ISC is out there? And where to find it.

You are probably behind a firewall which is not set up to allow the FTP server to initiate data transfer, in the common, Active form of FTP. Your IE is probably set up to use Passive FTP (refer to its Options, Advanced, Use Passive FTP setting). If using a Windows FTP client, you may find the
