James, I don't know if there's something inside of the TSM server# database about it. But there's an external file called 'nodelock' in the TSM server's default installation directory (in AIX --> /usr/tivoli/tsm/server/bin) where all your 'register license' commands are being written to. Rainer

Tim, One thing to double check with the network guys is that your firewall config is 'bidirectional' and allows connections to be initiated by either party (e.g. those inbound initiated by the TSM server are allowed through to the TSM client, as well as those outbound initiated by the TSM client
