I think the easiest way is to query actlog for lanfree --> q actlog
begind=-2 s=lanfree. If the data was sent via lanfree, you should get
lanfree completion message.

There is no command that I can think
of that does this; you'd have to write a program or script to do it. Here
are sample script and C++ program (they both do the same thing). If these
are useful, tailor as you wish.

Server are OK for some things. For example, DP for Domino and
DP for Exchange use zero byte files that contain meta data
necessary for their restores.
