Google AdWords API is too complex , the most complex as far as I have seen
in my experience of 10 years of development.
The complexity is so high that any CRUD operation does not go simply
successful in the first attempt.
More to it the Errors and Exceptions are needed to be dug into the SOAP
Logs contain All SOAP requests, Responses, Errors, Exceptions, etc
