Easements can be temporary (e.g. dissolve when ownership changes), or they can "run with the land". if they run with the land, they are essentially permanent. There are probably other arrangements, but I'm not familiar with them. bp On 1/25/2021 4:32

The input will will accept either "ubiquiti" or "cambium" polarity. However, it needs positive voltage in relation to return. So if your power supply is not isolated from ground, one has to be careful that it is "positive" power, not "negative" power. Or stated differently: The more 'negative'

What PoE standard does the SiteMonitor Base 3 support? The documentation says: "10/100 Ethernet Input. This input also supports PoE via passive PoE injectors." Will this handle the 24V output from a Ubiquiti EdgePoint Router? Or does it require Cambium polarity? Perhaps polarity agnostic?
