It's unfortunate if that's an unpopular opinion because it rings true. Find
some way to prepare for bigger bandwidth requirements from your customers or
you will lose them.

Hi all,

We know that the one sore point for our users is wifi coverage. Our ONT vendor
(zhone) has been promising a solution for almost a year now but it still isn’t
ready and, quite frankly, lacks the end user manag
Basically, it’s a pole line that runs through back yards. Most of the poles in

Had our first fiber cut yesterday. Squirrels chewed open our aerial fiber cable
in three places along a grass alley. I think this section will need some sort

Finally had time to listen today. It was an interesting take. I’m going to look
into the Arista switches. Honestly, I’m just looking for switch redundancy and
if MLAG gives me that, then I’m fine.

I’d prefer switches with a DC power option. We’re planning to replace Cisco
routing with Mikrotik and want to replace switches as well.
Thanks,
Clint

I was going to say something along those lines. Some installs take longer and
some customers have a lot of questions. It’s not worth frustrating a customer
