Since the end of May, I have been on a zero sugar ultra low carb diet. I reversed a severe diabetic situation with my A1C over 11 down to mid 5 range. It will most likely be a permanent life style change. Today my wife made a low carb pizza. The crust was made out of cheese and eggs.
