Its good to get confirmation of multiple successful upgrades with 2.4 GHz.
We have not been able to recreate the problem yet. The test team is trying
a number of combinations of upgrade/downgrade.

upgrade from 13.1.3 to 13.2.

We are investigating the issue with urgency and I will post an update as
soon as we have something. The official 13.2 release build has no
additional changes from build 40, so we are also surprised by this.
