Google "Iridium SBD", it is billed and tracked totally different than voice
usage minutes. Also it is an asynchronous service so messages/traffic are
not near instant, as with a live voice Iridium connection (which can be
used as a 2400 baud, PPP dialup 1350ms latency interactive connection),
