I just ran a 30 second timed scan on a 900 450i sector running 14.2.1. 6
SMs registered. Worked fine. So I have no idea.

can try clicking the continuous spectrum analysis button below the timed
button and see if that works, but I don't think it does either if freq =
None.
I've now tried this in Chrome and IE. And waited 2 minutes after starting
it on each and then refreshed page and it still shows "Spectrum Analysis
not performed"
I'm stumped at this point.

top still shows "Spectrum Analysis not performed". I've rebooted the radio

More to help techs help customers troubleshoot. So non wifi interference would
be a good thing to display. But so would SSID...

We use an app called istumbler but I think it's Macintosh only.
Pretty slick tho...saved our a$$ many times over trying to find
