idea is to put the static resources on a content server to get the
resources from this unique server. Of course having LB/HA and rather
a cluster for the content server is recommended...

I uninstalled the KB3045645 patch but the ConfigMgr 2012 control panel applet
still requires UAC prompt to run. Anyone know how to change that? Properties
on the shortcut are not set to run as Administrator.
