I have repeated it. It happens when I am editing a stock theme. I am
trying to edit "Blue Frilly" and when I get to the last window there is no
place to put a name, because it already has name, but it is not registering
with the editor. Happens when I try to edit any of the stock themes.

SET SESSION session_replication_role = replica;
This will prevent all triggers from firing for the entire session except those
defined as "replica". We use this all the time.
